Starting 17th until 21st November, InterContinental Bucharest is organizing a special Scottish Week in Madrigal Restaurant. Every evening, from 18:00 until midnight, guests will step into the world of Scotland and enjoy the traditions and the tastes of this marvelous country.
Our Chef, Andreas Hoehne, has prepared a selection of traditional Scottish dishes, such as Cutlet of lamb grilled in herbs Provencal or the sweet dessert Trilogy from chestnut. For those who are not decided what to try, there is a special Scottish set menu at the price of 205 RON / person. The famous Scottish single malt will be served.
To add to the atmosphere, the restaurant will be decorated with traditional symbols, the waiters will wear traditional Kilts and traditional Scottish music will be played.
The Scottish week precedes the Caledonian Ball on 22nd November, a famous charity ball organized for 10 years by Light into Europe Foundation, to help the sensory impaired children in Romania.
