Romanian Business Consult (RBC) leased 240 sq m in Aviatiei Building, in a transaction recently mediated by Atisreal Romania.
The office building is located in the North of Bucharest in the vicinity of other significant office and commercial developments: Ford showroom, Metav Business Park and Phoenicia Hotel.
The building has direct access to one of Bucharest’s busiest roads, which leads to the main exit of the city: DN1. Baneasa airport is 10 minutes away and the city centre can also be accessed easily.
The building provides all standard amenities for a modern office space including: open space floors, air conditioning, lighting, anti-static carpeting. The development is already hosting other high profile tenants like OMV and Data Communication Systems.
Romanian Business Consult is one of the most important local companies offering weighing, packaging and labeling solutions, mainly for the food industry. They will occupy the second floor of Aviatiei Building starting with April 2009, for a period of 3 years.

This transition to the BNP Paribas Real Estate single brand will be completed in two stages:

– While France, the UK, Germany and Spain will re-brand by the 2nd Quarter of 2009.
