Cu siguranta, si pledoaria lui Dela Quist pentru utilizarea inteligenta a e-mailing-ului ne-a placut, precum si demersul Taniei Bianchi de a demonta miturile din telemarketing. Colin Egan a prezentat de asemenea pasii importanti dintr-o campanie de marketing direct: cercetarea si evaluarea!
