Karolina Galácz, Deputy Creative Director, Y&R Budapest, has been part of the Y&R family for 1,5 years and has helped make the Budapest office become the most creative as well as effective agencies in Hungary, winning, among other awards, Grand Prix at Golden Drum. Between 2008 and 2013, during her stint at Ogilvy Budapest, she won international recognition including at Cannes, The One Show, LIAA, ADC’s, New York Festivals, Epica, Luerzer’s Archive and many regional awards. She is now Deputy Creative Director at Young & Rubicam Budapest.
Michał Imbierowicz, Executive Creative Director, Havas Worldwide Warsaw, Poland, has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising industry. Before joining Havas Worldwide Warsaw as Executive Creative Director, Michał worked for best international agencies, such as Saatchi & Saatchi, G7, DDB as well as Ogilvy One and Young & Rubicam Brands, where he held the position of Creative Director.
Volkan Karakasoglu, Creative Director, TBWA\Istanbul, Turkey, has worked for some biggest Turkish brands such as Akbank, Beko, McDonalds, Efes Pilsen, IKEA and others. He won awards at Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Golden Drum, New York Festivals, and in 2011 his work brought the first ever Cannes Lion to Turkey in Film category. Volkan was a member of local and international festival juries including Cannes Lions.
